Chris Foye has been hired as an assistant coach of the New York University softball team. He will assist in all facets of the program.
Foye comes to NYU after a three-year tenure as Head Coach of the Felician University softball team. In 2015, he led the Golden Falcons to their winningest season (14-12) in the CACC (Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference) and coached the first All-Region player in Felician's history.
Foye also accumulated collegiate coaching experience during stints as assistant coach at Montclair State University (2012-13) and at Seton Hall University (2011-12), and as Head Coach at College of St. Elizabeth from 1997-2001. Additionally, Foye brings 15 years of club head coaching experience and is currently the Co-Head Coach of The Heist 18U Elite Travel Team.

A 1995 graduate of Seton Hall with a Bachelor of Science degree in education, Foye also earned a master's degree in athletic administration and coaching from Concordia University Irvine in 2013.
"I'm excited for this great opportunity," Foye said. "Now-Allah has accomplished a lot at NYU in a short amount of time, and I look forward to helping continue the program's success."
A native of South Orange, NJ, Foye resides in Verona, NJ.
