Four NYU Student-Athletes Honored By UAA

Fifth Annual Presidents Council Scholar-Athlete Team Announced

Bonilla, Chow, Karten, and Keller (L to R) were the four Violets honored by the UAA.
Four New York University student-athletes were selected as members of the fifth annual University Athletic Association (UAA) Presidents Council Scholar-Athlete Team on Monday, July 15.

Created in 2009, the UAA Presidents Council recognizes student-athletes who earn First Team All-Association honors and carry a 3.50 or greater cumulative grade point average during the playing season. This year's team is comprised of 78 members representing all eight UAA institutions across 12 men's sports and 10 women's sports.

Representing NYU on the Presidents Council Scholar-Athlete Team are Kevin Bonilla (track & field), Niki Chow (men's soccer), Dylan Karten (cross country, track & field), and Kirsten Keller (track & field). Chow and Karten also represented NYU on last season's scholar-athlete team.
