On Monday, March 1, New York University sophomore Kelly Dietz was named the University Athletic Association (UAA) Athlete of the Week for women's diving.

For the eighth time this season, the Clifton, VA, native has been named UAA Athlete of the Week. The latest honor followed a strong performance at the NYU Last Chance Invitational on Saturday. Dietz posted an NCAA-qualifying and season-high score of 442.88 in the three-meter dive.

There was no team scoring at the competition.

The NCAA Division III Swimming & Diving Championships will be held March 17-20 in Minneapolis, MN.
